Production Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on and organised Live Event Production Manager to help support our teams and keep everything running smoothly across our live events.
This role is all about staying on top of the details, and making sure every part of the production comes together seamlessly.
Role: Full time
Based: Paintworks Office, Bristol
Salary: Approx starting at £28k+ based on experience

The role
Acting as a central point of contact, this is a hands-on role that requires strong organisation, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a calm approach under pressure, all while supporting the team to deliver the best possible live event productions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting teams with the planning and delivery of live events from start to finish

Keeping everyone connected, from creative and technical teams to suppliers and crew

Helping build schedules, run sheets, and timelines

Making sure the right people, equipment, and resources are in the right place at the right time

Jumping in to solve problems quickly during live events

Keeping communication clear and easy across the whole team

Helping review how things went and spotting ways to improve for next time
What We’re Looking For

Experience in live events or event production
-
Someone who’s organised, proactive, and good at prioritising tasks

A great communicator
-
Calm under pressure and quick to find solutions
-
Knowledge of production (AV, lighting, staging, etc.)

Flexibility to work on-site and occasional travel
Bonus Points (But Not Essential)

Familiarity with creative production tools (like Adobe Creative Suite or editing software, PowerPoint and Excel).

Creative input for briefs and pitching
